About Oragwam, Alfred Uche
Mr. Alfred Uche Oragwam, a fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), An Associate of the Certified Microfinance Banks of Nigeria (CMB), Member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (MFRC), An experienced Banker of repute having worked for over 16-years with the Commercial banks.
Mr. Oragwam Alfred Uche served in different capacities with various commercial banks (FSB International Bank, Trade Bank PlC, Devcom Merchant Bank, Equitorial Trust Bank) as Head of departments, Branch Manager and Deputy Chief Inspector from where he retired in 2006 and went into financial and tax consultancy services, a job he did before joining e-Barcs Microfinance Bank as an Executive Director Operations in 2009 and retired in 2021. He joined Aztec Microfinance Bank as Head of Banking and Treasury, thereafter as Chief Financial Controller, a position he held until his appointment as the Acting Managing Director and Chief Executive.
Mr. Alfred Oragwam is a graduate of Accountancy and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting/Finance, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and went into part-time Lecturing when he picked up appointment with Federal University of Technology, Owerri with emphasis on Accounting, Costing and Taxation for the period of 1997/1998.
Mr. Alfred is a Senior Partner with Jide Nwabueze Osy & Co (Chartered Accountants/Consultants) with sound clientele base and is married with four Children.
